What I Wore

Last year colours at spring really popped out and experiencing my first London spring made me so much more aware of nature changing around me.  Living in a city makes you appreciate any greenery and flowers much more as there is really an effort to make the parks and open spaces look the best they can.
Spring is quite a while away, but I am looking forward to the colours again.

Colours in my clothes have always been important to me, and it was only today that I was talking with a friend about how it must be to be afraid of wearing colour.  To wear black is something I can not do easily, and would like to have some black clothes to even try!

The photo above is 'what I wore', with a pink, yellow, cream dress in Totoro print..

I love mixing colours.

  2. I have a motto: no excuse for boring underwear! That includes socks, of course :) I too rarely wear black - I have only one black skirt and one black cardigan in amongst all my technicolour clobber. Who wants to dress like they work in a shoe shop?!!

  3. Yes! Agree! Shoe shops smell of feet too, we don't want to look like we smell of feet!

Jess, you have the rare opportunity to build up your wardrobe again (although not through choice I know), think Spring and colour fun! :)
